RETURNS & EXCHANGES 


We, at Landsberg Jewelers, want you to love your purchase! We will do our best to make your jewelry exactly as you want it and so we are happy to make any small adjustments, if possible.

  • We offer the option of an exchange or store credit within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are not provided. We do not refund the cost of shipping.
  • Holiday purchases made in November and December are eligible for exchange anytime until January 31.
  • All returns must be in new, unworn condition. Items eligible for return include jewelry purchased from stock inventory (no special orders). We will inspect your return and upon approval, you will be granted store credit or an exchange.
  • We will issue a Return Label for any approved return, ensuring each item is insured for its proper value. Your item must be sent back in the original Landsberg Jewelers packaging.
  • Merchandise showing signs of wear and tear, resizing, or any damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

REPAIRS, RESIZING & SPECIAL ORDERS

  • We are happy to repair any item purchased from us that has become damaged within the first three months of purchase at no charge to you. After that time, we will charge a nominal fee to repair, plus shipping fees.
  • We are able to resize most rings. The price to resize depends on the ring and the size desired. Shipping fees apply. 
  • We cannot accept responsibility for items worked on by another jeweler.
  • All engraved, personalized, specially ordered or custom designed pieces are considered final sale. This includes sale items, modified or resized pieces, customized engagement rings (loose diamonds / semi-mounts that are not in stock) and completed layaway orders.
  • Any special order (an item that is not purchased from stock) is considered a final sale.
  • We encourage you to call or email with any questions to ensure your item is exactly how you want it. We are happy to guide you through the process.

GIFT CARDS & STORE CREDIT

  • Gift cards are not returnable and must be used within one year.
  • Store credit must be used within one year.

JEWELRY CARE

  • We advise against sleeping, showering, washing dishes, putting on lotion or hand sanitizer, swimming, exercising, etc. in your jewelry to keep it in pristine condition and to prevent it from abnormal wear. When in doubt, take it off!
  • For cleaning, we recommend an ammonia free product, ie. Mr. Clean ammonia free. Lightly scrub with a soft toothbrush and rinse with water. *Remember to close your drain when rinsing! (Note: this does not apply to pearls or enamel.)
  • Prevent necklaces from knotting in your jewelry box by putting them each in their own individual small pouch or plastic bag with the clasped part of the chain hanging out of the bag.
  • If in the area, drop by our store regularly so that we can professionally clean your jewelry and answer any questions you may have.
